Group Four
Distributes NCTE Non-Contact Torque Sensors

The patented technology measures long-term stable in most challenging environments.

Massachusetts, November 16, 2020: Group Four (www.groupfourtransducers.com) now sells contactless torque sensors from the German sensor technology specialist NCTE (www.ncte.com) in USA. The portfolio includes sensor series for test benches, end-of-line tests and agricultural testing. The measuring ranges are between 1 and 25,000 Nm. The accuracy ranges up to 0.1% at speeds up to 10,000 rpm.

Using magnetic fields, the patented technology measures torque and speed contactless. The measuring technology therefore does not require maintenance and is long-term stable under the most difficult conditions, e.g. high vibrations, extreme temperatures or in water and oil. Group Four supplies all sensors including 5-meter cable and calibration certificate for Plug & Play integration.

After a short onboarding phase and training of the sales teams, the non-contact torque sensors are already fully integrated into the portfolio. Group Four also offers consulting on customized sensor solutions based on the non-contact technology.
